It’s a 3 day, 3 hour live guided workshop where we help you catch-up up to 12 months of your business books — together.
You’ll work alongside us (and other founders) to get your books organized, cleaned up, and ready for tax time — without feeling overwhelmed or guessing your way through it. This isn’t another course you’ll forget about — it’s a get-it-done experience.

What if I’ve never done my books before?

We’ll guide you step-by-step, show you how to capture your income and expenses (even from past months), and give you a simple spreadsheet system that’s built for non-accountants. If you can copy + paste, you can do this.

5. What’s included in the price?

3 x 3 hour LIVE, guided done-with-you sessions on zoom with a maximum of 10 people
1:1 breakout support during sessions with expert guidance so you're never stuck
The Profit Pulse Tracking System (the simplest spreadsheet system designed for business owners, not accountants!)
Access to replays if you can’t attend live (live is highly recommended to get help as you work through things!)

6. How much time will it take?

The workshop will run over 3 x 3 hour sessions. Perfect bite size chunks to get it done fast, without losing your entire day! You need to attend all three sessions. You'll be able to catch up 12 months of bookkeeping in three live, guided, sprint sessions. This includes capturing expenses the director (you!) paid for on behalf of the business, so you can claim that back from the business and not pay tax on it.

7. Do I need to use QuickBooks or Xero?

Nope! We don’t use complex accounting software here.
You’ll be using our Profit Pulse Tracker, a simple, color-coded spreadsheet built for real humans — not accountants.

8. Will this help me with taxes?

Yes — this will help you get your numbers prepared for tax. You’ll leave with your books organized, your numbers accurate, and reports ready to hand to your CPA. (We’re not providing tax advice or filing for you, but you’ll have everything you need to file confidently.)

11. What do I need to prepare before the workshop?
